Efraín is a junior lawyer at Carbray International, specializing in the management of residence permits, student stays, modifications, renewals, and extensions, providing close and effective support throughout each process. He holds a Law degree from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (Mexico) and a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration. Throughout his career, Efraín has gained extensive experience both in Spain and in his home country, working in government agencies associated with the Mexican Foreign Service as well as in renowned immigration law firms in Madrid. Spanish is his native language, and he is fluent in English. As a foreigner himself, Efraín understands firsthand how complex and sometimes overwhelming these procedures can be. This personal insight fuels his passion for immigration law, allowing him to provide legal services that combine technical expertise with empathy, approachability, and understanding.
